StockLive — Website Redesign

A 100+ page marketing redesign plus operational UI for an Australian livestock auction platform.

StockLive livestreams physical saleyard auctions so remote buyers can watch and bid. The site has to sell the platform to new vendors and buyers, and support the people already running sales through it.

The brief

A full marketing redesign across 100+ mapped pages, alongside UI work on the operational side: the sale booking flow and the CTP assessment process, both dense with data and multiple user roles.

What I did

High-fidelity landing, About, and Commercial Services pages with variation testing, a complete site map, and a navy and clay design system. On the product side, two iterations each of the booking and assessment forms, plus a filterable results dashboard with progress tracking, desktop and mobile.

Why it worked

Two audiences, one system. The same type and colour discipline, tuned per surface, with iteration on the flows that actually decide whether a real user finishes the task.
